Reporting to the National Sales Manager and working alongside the UK sales team, the successful candidate will have a passion for combining market leading products and services with excellent customer relationship skills. They will use the full suite of customer focused technical solutions to create specific breeding strategies in line with farm business goals in order to deliver value to customers.
As part of a dynamic team you must have the ability to build new relationships, be proficient and current in the key financial and technical performance indicators of UK farm businesses and demonstrate a drive and passion for customer service. The successful candidate will have a passion for combining market leading products and services with excellent customer relationship skill. they will manage their own progressive customer ledger together with introducing Semex’s global key account management programme. They will work independently with their own customer base and will work alongside other members of the team to provide sales and solutions to key prospect farm businesses in Northern Ireland.
